Ingredients :
- 1 whole carp or can be replaced with a fillet of salmon, snapper, or mackerel fish, clean and cut into 4 sections.
- 8 pcs star fruit vegetable halved
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 2 pcs tomatoes halved
- 10 pcs red cayenne that was left intact
- 1 stalk of lemongrass were crushed
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 5 tablespoons oil for sauteing
- 1500 ml of water
- Royco to taste

How to Cook :
- Boil water in a pot
- Saute all ingredients that have been smashed accompanied lemongrass, wait until fragrant stir and add to the boiling water
- After that, insert pieces of fish, intact cayenne, Star Fruit Vegetable (Or it could be replaced with Orange Lemon water), and Royco seasoning to taste. Then cook until the fish is cooked, about 10 minutes using medium heat.
- Once the fish start to mature, add Tomato and Lime Water, Serve with a bowl and add the basil leaves on top. And ready to eat. And serve while warm. This dish can be served for 4 servings.
