Recipe Semur Squid Bilimbi

Resep Bunda - Trying to make seafood into Semur?, Why not? Let us try to make Semur Squid Bilimbi that tastes fresh, spicy and sweet. Hmmm, guaranteed addiction.

Ingredients :
  • 12 tail (600 grams) Squid small size, select fresh
  • 3 pieces (150 grams) Know 5x5x5cm size, crush, squeeze the water
  • Sticks or toothpick to embed
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 5 grains of Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 cm galangal, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces of orange leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 500 ml water
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce Bango
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 pieces Bilimbi, cut into pieces
  • 10 pieces of red and green Cayenne, left whole

How to Make :
  1. Clean the squid, peel the skin, remove the head, and waste 'plastic' on the inside of the body. Rinse clean water, set aside. 
  2. Fill the squid body with silky tofu and squid head. Embed the ends with toothpicks, set aside. 
  3. Heat the Cooking Oil, saute onion, garlic, galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant. Add water and squid, cook briefly. 
  4. Add Bilimbi, Cayenne intact, brown sugar, salt, and soy sauce Bango. Cook until cooked squid. Immediately remove and serve.
  5. For 4-5 servings.
