- 150 grams farfalle pasta

How to Make :
- Boil the water to boiling add salt, salad oil. Enter farfalle. Boil until cooked. Drain.
- Sauce: heat the unsalted butter. Saute mushrooms until half wilted. Enter the flour. Stir until to clot. Pour liquid milk. Stir until thickened . Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and heavy cream. Cook until bubbling.
- Enter the pasta. Stir briefly until flat. To 3 servings.
