Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 150 grams farfalle pasta 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon salad oil 
  • 750 ml of water 
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 100 grams champignon mushrooms, sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons flour 
  • 300 ml milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 50 ml heavy cream 
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for sauteing

How to Make :
  1. Boil the water to boiling add salt, salad oil. Enter farfalle. Boil until cooked. Drain. 
  2. Sauce: heat the unsalted butter. Saute mushrooms until half wilted. Enter the flour. Stir until to clot. Pour liquid milk. Stir until thickened . Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and heavy cream. Cook until bubbling. 
  3. Enter the pasta. Stir briefly until flat. To 3 servings.
