Recipe Sauteed Papaya Flower

Resep Bunda - Papaya tree is a plant that has many benefits. Ingredients: 
  • 250 grams of papaya flowers 
  • 5 pieces of guava leaves 
  • 2 pieces of gelugur  acid
  • 50 grams Rimbang / cempoka 
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt (to taste) 
  • 1 tsp sugar (to taste) 
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed 
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • 1/4 ounce of anchovies

  • 7 pieces of red onion, sliced 
  • 4 pieces of garlic, sliced 
  • 5 red chilies (according to taste), sliced ??oblique 
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper (to taste), sliced ??oblique 
  • Cooking oil for sauteing

How to cook: 
  1. Papaya flower knead with a little salt until wilted. wash.
