Resep Bunda - Perkedel is typical Indonesian food. Perkedel usually made from potatoes, but this time I will try to create a different Perkedel, namely Corn Perkedel.
Ingeredients :
- 3 sweet corn, not include the cob.
- 1 grain Chicken egg .
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 3 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 packet of Royco taste of chicken
- oil, for frying

Seasonings, puree:
- 10 grains of red onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
Flour mixture, dissolve:
- 150 g rice flour
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 125 ml of warm water
How to Make :
- In the container, stir seasoning, corn, eggs, scallions, lime leaves, coriander, and Royco taste of chicken.
- Add to the flour mixture and stir well.
- Heat the oil. Take 1 tablespoon of batter, fried until cooked and golden.
- Remove and drain.
