Recipe Batagor (Indonesian Food)

Batagor Ingredients: 
  • 150 grams of fish mackerel, chopped 
  • 150 grams of chicken meat, chopped 
  • 5 pieces of tofu large size 
  • 9 pieces of fried wonton skins 
  • 6 tbsp cornflour / tapioca 
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil 
  • 1 leek 
  • 1 egg 
  • salt to taste

Peanut sauce Ingredients: 
  • 100 gr peanuts roasted then mashed. 
  • 4 chilies, roasted and then puree. 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 125 ml of warm water 
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to make peanut sauce:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce ingredients listed, then enter the warm water slowly, stirring constantly, until sauce is mixed, or it could be a way to allow the flavors blend perfectly flat beans produced.
How to make batagor: 
Batagor dough: 
  1.
