Potato Chocolate Brownies

• 120 grams sugar
• 100 grams of potatoes, steamed, mashed
• 1 teaspoon emulsifier (sp / tbm)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 80 grams of cake flour
• 3 drops of yellow dye
• 1/2 teaspoon brown paste

Potato Chocolate Brownies

How to make: 

1. Melt the margarine. Add white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate dissolves. Add thick coconut milk. Stir well. 
2. Beat eggs, sugar, potatoes, emulsifier, and salt until fluffy. 
3. Add the flour as she sifted and mix evenly. Enter the margarine mixture bit by bit while stirring. 
4. For 2 parts. Add one part yellow dye, one part again add the chocolate paste. Stir well. 
5. Pour yellow batter in pan 24x10x7 cm at the base parchment paper without spread with margarine. Steam 10 minutes over medium heat. 
6. Pour the chocolate batter in pan. Steam 20 minutes until cooked.
