Layered Fruit Smoothie

Resep Bunda - Pour a strawberry-banana smoothie mixture over a layer of mango smoothie for a two-tone drink that's as pretty as it is tasty.

Ingredients
  • 1 mango (peeled, cut into pieces)
  • 1 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1 banana (peeled and cut)
  • 10 strawberries (washed and split)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel

How to make:
  1. Blend the mango, 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, fresh lime juice, ice cubes; and grated lime zest until smooth. Divide mango-lime smoothie between 2 straight-sided glass and set aside. 
  2. Blend the banana, strawberries, 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, fresh lemon juice, ice cubes to taste, and grated lemon zest until smooth. Pour into Layers the banana strawberry smoothie mango smoothie slowly. 
  3. Ready to be served.
