Resep Bunda - Pour a strawberry-banana smoothie mixture over a layer of mango smoothie for a two-tone drink that's as pretty as it is tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 mango (peeled, cut into pieces)
- 1 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 banana (peeled and cut)
- 10 strawberries (washed and split)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Layered Fruit Smoothie |
- Blend the mango, 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, fresh lime juice, ice cubes; and grated lime zest until smooth. Divide mango-lime smoothie between 2 straight-sided glass and set aside.
- Blend the banana, strawberries, 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, fresh lemon juice, ice cubes to taste, and grated lemon zest until smooth. Pour into Layers the banana strawberry smoothie mango smoothie slowly.
- Ready to be served.
