Satay Padang

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin 
  • 3 cm Turmeric 
  • 2 cm Ginger 
  • Cooking Oil to taste 
  • 1 1/2 liter of Water

How to make :
  1. Blend the following spices : Chilli red, pepper, cumin, tumeric, ginger, air, and cooking oil.
  2. Prepare the herbs that have been smoothed, then sauté the spices. 
  3. Boil the water, put the meat and all the spices, Boil until meat is tender. If meat it is not too soft, while the remaining water a little., add hot water,so that the remaining water is approximately 1 liter. If the meat is already feels soft, lift the meat alone. The rest of the cooking water first saved. Cut the meat to taste, skewers of meat with skewer.
  4. Grilled meat that has been pierced with a skewer, and do not forget to spread a little oil occasionally. After satay cooked, then remove from heat.
  5. Meat cooking water stored earlier, bring to a boil again. Then enter the rice flour that has been melted, stirring constantly until thickened. Once thickened, remove from heat and Serve with satay.

Note: 
if you want spicy satay sauce, add a lot of chili smooth at the beginning, as well as if you want the color yellow sauce, you can add more turmeric at the start sauteing seasoning.
