Resep Bunda - Jengkol is a unique food, coupled with the typical smell incredible, I myself really like this food. Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg Old Jengkol.
- 1 ltr Coconut milk from half coconut (coconut must be that old).
Spices:
1. smoothed:
- 8 grains of red onion.
- 8 cloves garlic.
- 1/2 ounce ginger.
- 1/2 ounces galangal.
- 1 stem Turmeric (roughly along the index finger).
- 1 tablespoon coriander.
- 10 pieces of pepper.
- 1/2 ounce pepper curls.
- Salt to taste.

2. Not smoothed:
- 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed.
- 5 pieces of orange leaves.
- 2 pieces of Asam Kandis.
- 3 pieces of cardamom.
- 1 small cinnamon sticks.
- 2 pieces of turmeric leaves.
- Boil the Jengkol until tender. (Remember until tender, the time depends on the type of jengkol).
- Rinse jengkol, then peel.
- Separate the peel, then mash until flattened.
- Saute all the spices until fragrant, put jengkol and coconut milk.
- Stir constantly until the coconut milk dry .
- Serve while warm.
