  • 3 cm galangal, crushed 
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder

  • 7 large red chilli 
  • 8 red onions 
  • 3 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried 
  • 1 teaspoon salt. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  •  Fried onions and crackers as a complement 
How to Make "Ketupat Vegetables": 
  1. Heat oil, sauté spices that has been mashed until fragrant, put dried shrimp, coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, bring to a boil. 
  2. After boiling enter papaya, cook until soft, add the beans, and chicken broth powder. Cook briefly, lift. 
  3. Sprinkle with fried onions and crackers. Serve warm. 
Serve to 8 portion.
