Minestrone Soup Recipe

Resep Bunda - The minestrone soup is a soup dish that comes from Italy, and reputedly known as the most common food on the dining table Italian society after the pasta. Pestata: 
  • 2 pieces of turkey / beef bacon / sausage, chopped 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 10 grams of chopped parsley

  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan

HOW TO COOK: 
  1. Saute, canola oil and onions until onions are fragrant and slightly transparent. 
  2. Add tomato paste, cabbage, celery, radishes, and carrots.

  4. Enter vegetable stir into the broth, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
