Ingredients :
  • 200 gr sugar. 
  • 2 eggs. 
  • 275 gr Wheat flour with protein content of the medium.
  • 225 ml of fresh soft drinks like Sprite. 
  • 2 tsp emulsifier (sp/tbm in Indonesian). 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder. 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. 
  • 2 drops of food coloring 1 (First) 
  • 2 drops of food coloring 2 (Second)

How to Make :
  1. Mix the following ingredients; granulated sugar, eggs, and emulsifier, then, beat until stiff for approximately 10 minutes. 
  2. Sieve / strain flour and baking powder alternately, and mix with carbonated beverages, and shake gently. Next input essences of vanilla, and mix until blended. 
  3. To be "steamed sponge cakes" is more interesting, take 50 grams of dough for a given dye 1 (First), then stir until blended. Then take 50 grams of dough again, and give dye 2 (Second) and stir well. Let the dough rest are white.
