Resep Bunda - The freshness of the coconut avocado ice will taste better when enjoyed together. Serve when a small party at home or just a treat for friends or relatives who visited the house.
Ingredients / spices:
- 200 grams of young coconut, dredged widened.
- 200 grams of avocado, dredged.
- 150 grams of black grass jelly, cut into 1x1 cm.
- 150 grams "kolang kaling"(in Indonesian), halved, boiled.
- 6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk.
- 300 grams of shaved ice.

Coconut Avocado Ice |
- 150 grams of granulated sugar.
- 150 ml of water.
- 2 pandanus leaves, tied.
How to make coconut avocado ice:
- Boil sugar, water and pandan leaves until dissolved. then chill.
- Mix coconut, avocado, grass jelly and fro, Stir well.
- Add shaved ice and sweetened condensed milk. (could add syrup to taste).
To six serving.
